Application Development

• Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise applications and software solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Design and implement APIs, integrations, microservices, and system interfaces.
• Drive performance optimization and application modernization initiatives.

Application Support and Operations

• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Provide advanced application support and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Monitor application health, availability, performance, and system reliability.
• Coordinate application maintenance, patching, upgrades, and release activities.

Software Development Lifecycle

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure successful execution of change management and release management processes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and defect resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms and processes.
• Drive automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Promote Agile, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.

Experience:

• Typically 5-8+ years of experience in software development, application management, or related technology roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid project environments.
