APAC Space Planning and Operations Analyst Graduate

Responsibilities

ByteDance's Corporate Real Estate team is responsible for managing the company's rapidly growing and dynamic real estate portfolio. We are dedicated to creating a safe, productive, and inspiring workplace for our employees.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC real estate portfolio tracking and space planning, including occupancy, seating capacity, business demand and supply-demand forecasting.
• Assess workplace requirements such as workstations, meeting rooms and functional spaces, and develop solutions balancing feasibility, efficiency, cost and employee experience.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, negotiation, project execution and issue resolution.
• Manage day-to-day space operations and drive improvements to workflows, systems and planning processes.
• Conduct data analysis, market research and benchmarking, and translate insights into recommendations and decision-making materials.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or any other discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and translate business requirements into practical real estate solutions.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able and willing to travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internships in corporate real estate, workplace planning, space management, project management or related fields.
• Understanding of occupancy, utilization, capacity planning and workplace strategy.
• Knowledge or experience with mainstream space management / IWMS systems.
• Experience working with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus.
