• As E-Commerce system operational engineer, Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth running of the e-Commerce and Post-sales business systems.
• Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently.
• Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer solutions.
• Create/track/close incidents or problem related to business systems using IT service management tools.
• Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for the continual working improvement.
• Establish knowledge database, maintain and update technical support documentation.

职位要求

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Familiar with SQL, Basic coding skill is highly preferred.
• As the trainee able to learn fast with high quality.
• Active and keen learner who keeps up-to-date with industry trends.
• Communicate with different teams to deal with IT problems.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
