As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Support daily monitoring and investigation of seller and product risk cases across Southeast Asia (SEA) markets, including escalations, case reviews, and identification of similar or high-risk sellers and listings, with AI tools used where helpful to improve efficiency.
• Assist in handling urgent and high-visibility cases, such as government recalls, PR issues, and other high-risk situations, and help coordinate timely follow-up actions.
• Support day-to-day operational work, including escalated case reviews, configuration updates, and process troubleshooting.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries on case status, risk trends, and market comparisons to support team reviews and leadership updates; help document and improve internal workflows and SOPs, using AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Support the development and improvement of agentic tools and workflows by validating cases, refining logic, and carrying out iterations to improve accuracy and performance.

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure as an online seller or listing on platforms.
• Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy.
• Keen interest in AI is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
