Are you about to complete your bachelor/master’s degree or recently graduated and ready to turn ambition into impact? At Julius Baer, we empower graduates to shape the future of wealth management.

Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your team:

As part of the Singapore/Quality Assurance you will join IT Business and Risk Management, which plays a key role in driving software quality, engineering excellence, test automation, and data-driven continuous improvement across the bank's technology landscape.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Build delivery quality dashboards (e.g., quality gates compliance)
• Develop Jira quality checks (validators, post-functions, workflows, link rules) aligned to software delivery lifecycle
• Prototype/Build AI enablers: story linting (e.g. acceptance criteria completeness, content clarity), test-case generation from acceptance criteria, risk scoring from traceability signals

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor/Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience through internships, research projects, hackathons, or personal projects involving software engineering, automation, data analytics, or AI
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
