Summary
Support the bank’s Loan Operations department by performing a wide range of functions related to the servicing and maintenance of commercial and business loans. This role ensures the accurate handling of financial transactions, loan records, and operational workflows while providing responsive support to internal business partners.
Responsibilities
- Process commercial and business loan transactions and related disbursements.
- Respond to inquiries from lending staff and internal partners regarding loan activity and systems.
- Prepare and communicate payoff calculations, amortization schedules, and related loan figures.
- Perform loan system updates and maintenance to ensure accurate records.
- Reconcile assigned loan‑related general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support participation and syndication loan processes by preparing notifications, processing transactions, and booking post‑origination tracking loans.
- Interpret loan documents and perform timely checkbacks to ensure accurate booking of new, renewed, and modified commercial and business loans.
- Complete verification procedures, including wiring instructions confirmations and loan confirmations.
- Manage returned loan correspondence and ensure records are updated appropriately.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and departmental standards.
- Complete required training and uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Embrace RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
- Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Other specified duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
The Commercial Loan Acctng Rep II position pays a minimum of $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, lending, or related financial operations preferred.
Physical Requirements
The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. The position is sedentary, involving sitting most of the workday; however, the position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required. Position requires lifting and/or the exerting of up to 10 pounds of force.
