Key accountabilities
• Support the Director of Brand Marketing & Communications in identifying and executing marketing opportunities and partnerships
• Follow up on marketing related enquiries and internal coordination requirements
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
• Support internal communication and approval processes related to marketing activities
• Assist in the annual update and implementation of Peninsula Academy, coordinating closely with Operations to ensure high quality guest experiences
• Support hotel children related initiatives, including kids’ programmes and art cooperations etc.
• Provide coordination and follow up support for special projects and brand initiatives as required
• Support the PR Manager in maintaining active relationships with local and regional media, both English and Chinese
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of press related activities and media events
• Identify and propose suitable editorial opportunities aligned with brand and business priorities
• Assist in organizing media visits, including itineraries, logistics, and on site coordination
• Maintain accurate and up to date media kits (digital and printed)
• Track media interactions, coverage, and award submissions, providing regular updates
• Prepare, compile, and translate copy for marketing and PR collaterals based on approved messaging
• Coordinate with Branding and Visual teams to ensure high quality marketing materials are produced for campaigns and initiatives
• Support department administrative tasks, primarily financial and documentation related, with the assistance of departmental trainees
• Ensure marketing and PR documentation is well organized, accurate, and properly archived
General requirements
• Passionate about luxury hospitality with solid stress resilience
• Proficient in both Chinese and English with clear and appropriate communication
• Strong service awareness and team collaboration spirit.
• Good professional knowledge in public relations and brand-related fields, with particular expertise in media and printed materials;
• Excellent Chinese writing skills;
• Excellent coordination, resource management and time management capabilities when handling multiple projects simultaneously.
