Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze core business data, identify subscriber behavior patterns, and apply causal inference to determine churn drivers, providing statistical evidence for product iteration;
2. Design and optimize core dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring; proficiently use A/B testing and sample size calculation to ensure statistical validity;
3. Collaborate with growth, product, operations, and business teams to translate complex technical issues (e.g., 3D) into measurable business/technical metrics and drive project execution;
4. Establish and maintain a unified data dictionary and metric system; apply statistical models (linear/logistic regression, clustering) and machine learning evaluation theory to enhance analytical depth;
5. Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency; experience in AI/SaaS/Internet, startup/high-growth, or global/international product environments is preferred. 1、收集分析核心业务数据，识别订阅用户行为特征，通过因果推断定位流失原因，为产品迭代提供统计依据； 2、设计并优化核心仪表盘，实时监控关键指标；熟练运用 A/B Test 及样本量计算，保障实验统计有效性； 3、与增长、产品、运营、商务团队协作，将复杂技术问题（如 3D）转化为可衡量的商业/技术指标，推动项目落地； 4、建立维护统一的数据字典与指标体系；应用统计模型（线性/逻辑回归、聚类）及机器学习评估理论提升分析深度； 5、运用 AI 工具提升效率；具备 AI/SaaS/互联网、初创/高增长或出海/国际化产品经验者优先。

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields;
2. Proficient in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience across the full data workflow (querying, aggregation, analysis, and visualization);
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 1、硕士及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、精通 SQL 与 Python，具备从数据查询、聚合、分析到可视化的全流程实践能力； 3、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
