Junior Purchasing Engineer

Job Description

Job Responsibility 岗位职责:

1. Manage purchasing activities for materials, components and equipment required for business operations.
2. Create and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
   Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure on-time delivery of purchased items.
3. Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers regarding quality, delivery schedules and contractual requirements.
4. Proactively identify supply risks and take preventive actions to avoid delays or disruptions.
5. Resolve delivery, quality and supplier-related issues effectively and efficiently.
6. Maintain and develop supplier relationships to support stable and reliable supply.
7. Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to support project and operational requirements.

Qualifications

Job Requirements 岗位要求:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics or other related disciplines.
2. At least 3 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Good understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management and procurement practices.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Good written and spoken English communication skills.
6. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
7. Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
8. Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
9. Strong teamwork and collaboration spirit.
