Responsibilities:

职位概述：
负责公司机械设备的日常维护、保养和故障排除，确保设备高效、稳定运行。

工作职责：
* 依照维护计划，对生产设备进行预防性维护和保养。
* 快速响应并处理机械故障，进行维修和调试，最大限度减少停机时间。
* 参与设备改进项目，提出优化建议，提高设备可靠性和效率。
* 准确记录设备维护、保养和故障排除情况，建立完善的设备档案。
* 严格遵守公司安全操作规程和环境管理制度，确保维护作业安全。
* 协助工程师进行设备安装、调试和性能测试。
* 参与备品备件的管理，确保库存合理。
* 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

任职资格：
* 大专及以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化或相关专业。
* 1年以上大型工业企业机械设备维护经验。
* 熟悉各类生产机械设备的结构、原理及维护保养方法，具备独立分析和解决机械故障的能力。
* 具备识读机械图纸的能力。
* 具备良好的团队合作精神、责任心和学习能力。
* 能够适应倒班工作制（如适用）。
* 持有相关职业资格证书者优先。
