Assist in the product development cycle of footwear, including sample tracking and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the product development cycle of footwear, including sample tracking and documentation.
• Support the team in checking and organizing product specifications and material information.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date development records and files.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks within the R&D department.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Main Requirements:
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience, bachelor's degree or above
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Good verbal and written English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges.
