NPI Engineer - ZET

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand internal/external customer needs and keep communication effectively
2. Collect inputs from PMs, both domestic and oversea, to create specific project schedule and ensure execution plan
3. Organize team review and execute on special batch request
4. Lead cross functional team for product/line homologation as part of capacity balancing.
5. Manage and control NPI material readiness
6. Work with plant teams & customer teams to define NPI tryout plans in weekly basis
7. Tracking new project launch progress regularly with team to identify issues and come up with actions and follow up to meet commitment to each milestone
8. Work with cross functional team for necessary inputs and complete documents for each NPO's phase exit review.
9. Prepare report according to ODT&PPAP check list to identify action plan and close all issues before mass production.
10. Join all phase exit review meeting and communicate with leadership & customer team for program status on regular basis

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relative major
2. 3+ years’ experience in automotive industry, with 2y in product development or NPI management
3. Good project management skill and communication, coordination skill
4. Familiar with APQP, PPAP process and good knowledge of FMEA/SPC/MSA
5. Self-starter with strong customer focus.
6. Ability to build and sustain collaborative working relationships with cross function team members.
7. Ability to learn quickly and a desire to broaden skills and experience.
8. Work to remove obstacles and consistently delivers on commitments.
9. Highly motivated, strong desire for self-improvement & career development.
10. Ability to break down the barrier & drive for results.
11. Have LEAN mindset.
12. English able be working language.
