What will you do if join us?

• Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Assist in evaluating product portfolio performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, to drive strategic initiatives.
• Analyze customer needs, market feedback, and business requirements to support product roadmap planning.
• Prepare business cases, strategic presentations, and management reports for decision-making and executive reviews.
• Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy development for new and existing products.
• Monitor key business and product performance indicators and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Engage in strategic projects and rotational assignments to gain a comprehensive understanding of product management and business operations.

Who are we looking for?

• An above-average Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent

• Maximum of 2 years of working experience between/after bachelor and master graduation

• Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained either through studying, working or living

• Flexibility and mobility especially within the program duration

• Excellent command of English, business level proficiency in English, confident for cross border meetings, presentations and formal written communication.

Other Requirements

• Major preferred in Engineering , automation , AI and Computer Science related

• Basic knowledge of industrial software;

• Internship experience in other SW companies (China or global)

• Basic understanding of industrial control system architecture

• Open-minded, highly motivated and ready to take on challenges

• Good learning ability & structural thinking

• Good presentation skills
