A personal Development Manager will be at your side for the duration of the program, helping you to achieve your various objectives while promoting your development and assisting you in planning your career.

What will you do if join us?

• Strategic Insight: Monitor market demand trends and competitor iterations; conduct product competitiveness analysis; collaborate with Headquarters to optimize the product portfolio, ensuring clear strategic direction and prioritization.

• Pricing Management: Establish a rational pricing architecture; execute annual price adjustments based on market dynamics to ensure pricing aligns with both market competition and corporate growth requirements.

• Marketing & Promotion: Develop product promotion strategies; explore key product lines and new application scenarios; implement multi-channel promotions and create/update comprehensive sales toolkits to ensure product value is fully perceived by customers.

• Lifecycle Support: Provide end-to-end support by tracking problem resolution, process implementation, resource management, and technical assistance; conduct systematic product training to offer professional backing for the entire product ecosystem from R&D to market launch.

Who are we looking for?

• An above-average Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent

• Maximum of 2 years of working experience between/after bachelor and master graduation

• Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained either through studying, working or living

• Flexibility and mobility especially within the program duration

• Excellent command of English, business level proficiency in English, confident for cross border meetings, presentations and formal written communication.

Other Requirements

• Basic knowledge of industrial automation;

• Basic understanding of industrial control system architecture

• Basic Programming skills and advanced Office skills

• Good presentation skills

• Major in AI, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, Control Science and Engineering, other science & engineering fields

• Strong willingness for cross cultural interaction and high adaptability to international, multicultural working environments.

• Quick learner with high agility, able to ramp up rapidly in new business fields
