Responsibilities

1. Industry Insights: Deeply understand the core capabilities of AI 3D large models, continuously track industry technology trends and competitor dynamics, covering full scenarios including gaming, film and television, e-commerce, cultural tourism, education, and industrial manufacturing.
2. End to end full cycle delivery guidance: Deeply understand the application scenarios of target industries such as digital assets (games, animations) and desktop manufacturing, accurately deconstruct the existing workflow pain points of customers, and guide customers to complete the end-to-end full cycle closed-loop from API access, joint debugging, testing to final launch.
3. Industry best practice accumulation: Extract and abstract the deliverables of high-value projects into common industry technology solution white papers and integrated blueprints (Blueprints), transform them into standardized delivery SKUs, and empower direct sales and channel teams to replicate on a large scale.
4. Reverse driving of products and algorithms: As a "technical bridge" connecting the front line of the market with internal research and development, it deeply understands the deep technical demands of industry customers (such as automation topology, UV remanufacturing, color quantification, etc.), transforms real-world scenario requirements into clear product engineering and algorithm iteration plans, and drives the continuous leadership of the product matrix. 1.行业洞察：深度理解AI3D大模型核心能力，持续跟进行业技术趋势与竞品动态，覆盖游戏、影视、电商、文旅、教育、工业制造等全场景。 2.核心技术攻坚与架构设计：作为技术专家协同国内外商务团队，深度参与头部大客户的商业攻坚；负责设计高并发、高可用、标准化的 API 接入与企业级管线融合架构，驱动技术签约。 3.端到端全周期交付指导：深入理解数字资产（游戏、动画）、桌面制造等目标行业的应用场景，精准解构客户现有的工作流痛点，指导客户完成从 API 接入、联调、测试到最终上线的端到端全流程闭环。 4.行业最佳实践沉淀：将高价值项目的交付成果提炼、抽象为共性的行业技术解决方案白皮书与集成蓝图（Blueprints），转化为标准化的交付 SKU，赋能直销与渠道团队进行规模化复制。 5.产品与算法反向驱动：承接连接市场一线与内部研发的“技术桥梁”，深度洞察行业客户的深层技术诉求（如自动化拓扑、UV重制、颜色量化等），将真实世界的场景需求转化为明确的产品工程与算法迭代规划，驱动产品矩阵的持续领先。

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of work experience and industry background (games, film and animation, desktop manufacturing equipment, trendy toy design, etc.): Familiar with the workflows and pain points of industry scenarios.
2. Excellent scene deconstruction and reshaping ability: Proficient in the ecosystem of commonly used modeling tools in the industry (such as Blender, Maya, 3D Max), able to keenly identify efficiency bottlenecks in customer workflows, and provide optimal solutions through code or engineering approaches (such as cross-model combination workflows).
3. Excellent cross-team collaboration: Possess a strong customer-oriented big-picture view and communication and driving skills, adept at building consensus in complex cross-departmental collaborations (algorithms, products, sales), and delivering strong final results.
4. Planning and delivery capability: Possess excellent planning skills, solid copywriting foundation, and aesthetic sensibility, able to independently complete high-quality solution planning and PPT production. 1.3 年以上工作经验及行业背景（游戏、影视动画、桌面制造设备、潮玩设计等）：熟悉行业场景的工作流和痛点。 2.优秀的场景解构与重塑能力：熟练掌握行业常用工具（如游戏行业Blender、Maya、3D Max) 等建模工具的生态，能够敏锐抓取客户工作流中的效率瓶颈，并用代码或工程化方案（如跨模型组合玩法）给出最优解。 3.卓越的跨团队协同力：具备极强的客户大局观与沟通推进能力，擅长在复杂的跨部门（算法、产品、销售）协作中凝聚共识，拿好最终的交付结果。 4.策划及交付力：具有优秀的策划能力、文案功底和审美能力，能够独立完成高质量的方案策划和 PPT 制作；
