Responsibilities

1. Develop news and communication strategies, including end-to-end planning of narrative themes, topic selection, and content structure, and translate plans into actionable and executable communication deliverables.
2. Proactively identify newsworthy angles, plan communication content, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Able to independently draft executive speeches/PPTs, in-depth industry articles, and other key materials.
3. Develop systematic content strategies aligned with the company’s brand direction to enhance overall influence. Skilled at building audience-oriented narratives and presenting product highlights and industry trends with both professionalism and storytelling, strengthening brand affinity, expertise perception, and long-term impact. 1、制定新闻传播策略：独立完成传播主题策划、话题方向选择、内容结构设计等全流程工作，并将策划转化为可执行、可落地的传播方案； 2、主动发现新闻价值点，策划传播内容，推动跨部门协作，能够独立拟写高管发言稿/PPT、行业深度稿等； 3、根据公司品牌战略，制定体系化内容传播策划，提升影响力，擅长打造目标视角的内容议题，能够以专业性与故事性兼具的方式呈现产品亮点、行业趋势，为业务打造品牌好感度、专业认知与长期影响力。

Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of experience in the internet or technology industry; background in AI, technology, or financial media is a strong plus.
2. Strong news planning and content creation capabilities. Able to independently complete communication strategy, topic planning, and content frameworks, and produce high-quality content efficiently.
3. Fluent English communication skills (mandatory). Familiar with international media such as TechCrunch, Forbes, and Bloomberg.
4. Bonus: Familiarity with global social media platforms; overseas study or internship experience is preferred. 1、3-5年互联网行业相关工作经验，具备AI、科技、财经媒体背景者尤佳； 2、具备极强的新闻策划能力与稿件撰写能力，独立完成传播策略、话题策划、内容规划；能快速产出高质量稿件； 3、能用英文流利沟通（硬性要求）熟悉国际媒体如Techcrunch、Forbes、Bloomberg等； 4、加分项：熟悉海外社交媒体，有海外学习、实习经历经验优先。
