Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented English Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Hurghada. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently

• Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and policies

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

• Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and productivity

• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficient in using computer systems and software

• Availability to work on a full-time basis, including weekends and holidays

• Flexibility to work in shifts, as per business requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
