Deal Evaluation / Due Diligence

• Conducts detailed due diligence of land records (title, deeds, check if there are cases against it) as per the due diligence checklist

• Assists business development team during negotiation with Seller / JV Partner

• Advises on the legal structure of the deal in consultation with legal consultants

Drafting of agreements

• Drafting of various legal documents like Conveyance Deed, Agreement for Sale, Development Agreement, Term sheet, General Power of Attorney (GPA), Affidavits, Indemnity, Bank Guarantees, Service/Sales agreements etc.

• Customer agreements under RERA for new projects

• Assesses specific requirements of stakeholders / customers / projects and finalizes the customer agreement in consultation with stakeholders and facilitates the entire process of Stamp Duty and registration of the legal documents

RERA, compliance, Society/Association formation • RERA Act, compliances, formation of Society / Condominium

• Hands on experience with respect to registration, management and compliance of projects under RERA Act

Legal Advisory support

• Provides required documents to customers including ancillary such as documents required during filing for housing loans/ addition of name of spouse/ transfer of property to another buyer

• Advises customer on stamp duty and other relevant regulations.

• Provide timely advise to other departments on concerns/queries having a legal impact

Litigation

• Oversee all litigation matters and legal proceedings for the organization

• Develop and implement litigation strategies in alignment with business objectives.

• Review and assess legal risks associated with potential litigation matters.
