About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in high-volume sales invoice processing using SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Tally ERP. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Indian taxation laws - specifically GST compliance, TDS, and MSME payment guidelines along with experience in client onboarding, unbilled revenue reconciliations, and customer ageing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Invoice Processing
• Manage Client Registration and Documentation
• Verify invoices against Sales Orders, Contracts, etc.
• Ensure correct application of GST, TDS, discounts, credit notes, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist with filing of GST returns.
• Record customer receipts accurately and allocate them against the relevant invoices on time.
• Prepare collection forecasts.
• Reconciliation of 26AS with books.
• Maintain customer-wise ageing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Highlight long-pending receivables and critical collection issues.
• Perform monthly Unbilled Revenue Reconciliations.
• Perform monthly client ledger reconciliations and confirmations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Banking, Commercial, and Operations teams.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for MIS, audit, and other reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree (M.Com) or MBA Finance

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management

• Mandatory hands-on expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1)

  and Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Strong practical understanding of GST regulations, TDS provisions, and MSME payment rules

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
