Discover the Role

TMF Group is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management Tools (SMT), and related applications. The role focuses on both automation and functional testing, leveraging modern test frameworks and QA best practices to support high-quality software releases within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Functional Testing

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, Playwright, and SpecFlow.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT, Power Platform, and web applications.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Validate integrations between CRM, SMT, and other business systems.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration

• Follow QA methodologies, testing standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and defect triage.
• Ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.

Defect & Test Management

• Manage test execution and defect tracking through Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Document, monitor, and validate defects through closure.
• Conduct regression testing after deployments and fixes.
• Perform requirement analysis to ensure complete test coverage.

Dynamics 365 & SMT Testing

• Test CRM and SMT customizations, configurations, and integrations.
• Validate business processes, workflows, and data accuracy.
• Provide QA recommendations to improve CRM and SMT solutions.

Key Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Testing (Functional and Automation).
• Hands-on experience with Service Management Tool (SMT) Testing.
• Expertise in C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, and SpecFlow.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing and QA methodologies.
• Experience with End-to-End Testing across CRM, SMT, Power Platform, and web applications.
• Requirement analysis, defect management, and regression testing expertise.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
