We are looking for: Associate Scrum Master

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Represent the Takt Team in Product Creation Team (PCT) and cross-team discussions.
  • Ensure the team follows defined development and PLM processes.
  • Moderate sprint planning and estimation meetings.
  • Maintain and prioritize the team backlog in alignment with the Product Owner.
  • Keep the team focused on sprint objectives and takt goals.
  • Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and team meetings.
  • Coordinate work-package creation and ensure team commitment to sprint goals.
  • Support problem-solving and remove impediments affecting team progress.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints to the Product Owner with proposed mitigation measures.
  • Synchronize with other teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
  • Track sprint execution, progress, and delivery commitments

Use your skills to move the world forward!

  • We are looking for Engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record and 7 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in software development.
  • Having knowledge in Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, Web Application Development would be advantage.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) practices is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
