Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

oExperience in process execution

Experience

o Good verbal and written communication skills;

o Strong Relationship Management

o Good understanding of the business, ability to work closely with the business; sound business acumen and judgment; ability to see and communicate challenges in business terms; ability to understand and deliver business value;

Key Accountabilities

o Undertake analysis of customer and financial institution due diligence data in line with CRS and FATCA compliance obligations for enhanced due diligence;

o Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position

o Execute daily workload efficiently, accurately, within Service Levels, service standards, performance targets and in compliance with all aspects of policy, procedure and statutory requirements relevant to the position;

o Escalate issues to appropriate level to ensure appropriate course of action is taken;

o Support senior members in actioning and coordinating the daily activities;

o Adhere to required standards for telephone, written and general verbal communication. Ensuring all relevant interactions are documented and administrative tasks completed;

o Maintain integrity of information contained in support systems;

o Provide professional support to stakeholders in supporting and executing due diligence requirements;

o Contribute to CIMO Reconciliations strategies;

o Liaise with other areas within the organisation to gain and provide feedback on Due Diligence performance and options; and

o Ensure that all personal training records are maintained.

o To conform with all internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
