NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

YOUR NEW ROLE

•Internal and external stakeholder management.

•Strong collaboration skills.

•Strong organisation and time management skills including ability to prioritise competing time critical deliverables.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong attention to detail.

•Manage invoice processing, spend tracking, reconciliation and financial reporting

•Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs and escalate service issues

•Support incident management activities

•Assist with planning, coordination and implementation of technology changes

•Administer user access, including myID management and issue resolution

•Provide operation support to business users and stakeholder to ensure continuity of third-party data services

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•Understanding of NAB’s vendor governance processes, particularly in relation to technology

•Prior first or second line risk experience (preferred).

•Prior incident management experience (preferred).
