Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities 1.In charge of enterprise endpoint desktop operation and maintenance: troubleshooting failures for Windows desktops, office equipment, peripherals, account permissions, Office suites and enterprise applications; deploying standardized endpoint environments and implementing patch management. 2.Daily operation and maintenance of corporate network: regular inspections for LAN, Wi-Fi wireless networks, switches, firewalls, VPN and remote access links; network fault localization and performance troubleshooting to resolve office network access and inter-network connectivity issues. 3.Manage corporate IT assets, endpoint access control and identity authentication systems, and deliver full-lifecycle IT services covering employee onboarding, offboarding and device replacement. 4.Develop automated operation & maintenance scripts and lightweight O&M tools with basic coding capability. Possess hands-on experience in Vibe Coding, proficient in leveraging AI tools to rapidly develop scripts, automation programs and small O&M utilities to boost operational efficiency. 5.Accept Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT trouble tickets, build a fault knowledge base, and continuously optimize the troubleshooting process. 6.Monitor the running status of office networks and endpoints, identify potential risks in advance, and implement security baselines and endpoint security control policies. 岗位职责

1. 负责企业终端桌面运维：Windows 桌面、办公设备、外设、账号权限、Office、企业软件故障排查，标准化终端环境部署、补丁管理；
2. 企业网络日常运维：局域网、WiFi 无线、交换机、防火墙、VPN、远程访问链路巡检，网络故障定位、性能排查，处理办公网络访问、组网连通类问题；
3. 管理企业 IT 资产、终端准入、身份认证系统，支撑员工入职、离职、设备更换全生命周期 IT 服务；
4. 搭建运维自动化脚本、简易运维工具，具备基础代码编写能力，拥有 Vibe Coding 实战经验，善用 AI 工具快速编写脚本、自动化程序、运维小工具，提升运维效率；
5. 受理一线、二线 IT 故障工单，记录故障知识库，持续优化故障处理流程；
6. 监控办公网络、终端运行状态，提前识别风险，落地安全基线、终端安全管控策略。

Qualifications

Job Requirements 1.College diploma or above, major in Computer Science, Network Engineering or related fields, with over 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise desktop maintenance and corporate LAN operation & maintenance. 2.Proficient in Windows desktop administration, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy and endpoint management; familiar with mainstream enterprise network technologies including switches, firewalls, wireless LAN and VPN. 3.Skilled in at least one scripting language (PowerShell / Python preferred) with fundamental coding capabilities. 4.Practical experience with Vibe Coding: able to rapidly write and debug automation scripts with AI development tools to realize O&M automation, batch processing and lightweight tool development. 5.Logical troubleshooting mindset, capable of independently resolving complex network faults, endpoint hardware & software failures and system anomalies. 6.Basic cybersecurity awareness with knowledge of endpoint security and network access control specifications. Preferred Qualifications 1.Possess professional network certifications such as CCNA or H3CNE. 2.Familiar with Intune, MDM endpoint management platforms. 3.Experience in operating and maintaining office cloud desktops and video conferencing systems. 4.Experience deploying monitoring systems and IT service ticketing platforms. 任职要求

3. 掌握至少一门脚本语言（PowerShell/Python 优先），具备基础编码能力；
4. 拥有 Vibe Coding 实操经验：能够借助 AI 开发工具快速编写、调试自动化脚本，实现运维自动化、批量处理、简易工具开发；
5. 具备良好故障排查思路，能够独立处理复杂网络问题、终端软硬件、系统异常；
6. 具备基础信息安全意识，了解终端安全、网络访问控制规范 加分项 1、拥有 CCNA/H3CNE 等网络认证； 2、熟悉 Intune、MDM 终端管理平台； 3、有办公云桌面、视频会议系统运维经验； 4、熟悉监控、工单运维平台搭建。
