The team operates with an entrepreneurial spirit and combines a strong focus on product excellence, simplicity, and customer experience. The goal is to make hotel booking seamless for guests while helping independent and boutique hotels generate incremental bookings and reach new customers.
This is a full-time opportunity with potential for long-term engagement. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel within Hong Kong and regular interstate or regional travel as required. The successful freelancer will also coordinate regularly with global and regional teams across different time zones.
Fluency in both English and the local language is required. Candidates must be based in Hong Kong.
Job Description
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for converting leads into net-new hotel supply, supporting market launches, and consistently delivering against quarterly sales goals. This role requires ownership of the full sales funnel, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
Responsibilities include:

- Prospect potential hotel and serviced apartment partners through external research, networking, and internal tools.
- Develop targeted sales strategies to identify qualified prospects, create opportunities, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent, boutique, and other hospitality partners.
- Clearly communicate the company's value proposition through phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Move prospective partners through the sales funnel efficiently and achieve defined quarterly net-new supply targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand hotel supply and support launches in new markets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional, regional, and global teams to support market launches and partner acquisition.
- Support hotel onboarding and implementation following successful sales opportunities.
- Develop scalable sales and partnership strategies that maximize business impact across a diverse portfolio of hotel partners.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant platforms, products, and tools and confidently demonstrate their value to prospective partners.
- Balance day-to-day sales execution with longer-term strategic initiatives and changing business priorities.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. They should be able to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and build credibility with hospitality partners while moving opportunities forward at pace.
Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have:
- 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales, account management, business development, or partnerships.
